Development of Photoresistor-Free Optical Photolithography (PFOP)
for various Inorganic Nanomaterials

Why are we interested in the Patterning using the Quantum dots

The direct optical patterning method for colloidal inorganic nanocrystals is a direct photolithography process without using photoresistor optimized for application of fine patterns and optoelectronic and electronic devices that are difficult to solve with conventional photolithography methods.

▶ Advantages of Direct optical patterning

Our group is developing a high-dimensional photolithography process to apply quantum dot-based devices, 2D devices, and hybrid devices to apply various optoelectronic devices (QLEDs, Optical sensors, Image sensors) by applying all inorganic nanoparticles capped with specific function ligands.
